Below are some comments submitted by fans of The Late Show.

You guys were phenomenal as usual last night at Mickey's Irish Pub!  I requested "Hard to Handle" by The Black Crowes at St. Patty's Day and was told it wasn't in the repertoire, so I was amazed to hear it last night! Made me feel so cool. Monte, my boyfriend Rod and I really enjoyed meeting you between sets. You guys still continue to be the number one band on my list when I want to see live music.  Thank you!!!

It took a thunderstorm to break up an otherwise unforgettable evening when this multi-talented classic rock band played for the crowd downtown during SummerFest. The Late Show got everyone's attention right from the start with their spot-on harmonies and playing. This band can do it all - from the Beatles and Zeppelin to the Byrds and the Monkees - they made a lot of fans that night, even though we only heard half their set. We can't wait to hear them again!

I listened to your group at the State Fair, Aug.14th.  Very entertaining, loved the music.

Let us know where and when you are out playing.  We would enjoy seeing the group again.

Mark,

Just another note to thank your band for the amazing performance Saturday evening.  All comments were totally positive.  I will talk to Pat B about next year and get back with you.

Tell your guys that we were honored to have such talent at our Church event!!

I wanted to take a quick minute to thank you guys for the best birthday party I’ve ever had.   We loved every minute of it.  We’ve received nothing but the best compliments about the band.  You guys rock!  Special thanks too, for playing my song – it was perfect and made my evening very special.

Thanks again,

Hi Mark,

I just wanted to drop you a line to say you guys were awesome last Saturday night! Sara and I were sitting with a couple of other owners and they were very impressed as well. I hope you all had as good a time as everyone at Louie's did. Keep up the great work and please relay my appreciation to all the other guys and Dana. Not only do you play well, you are truly a bunch of good people.  I am looking forward to the next gig and may try to catch you at BW3's.

Thanks again,

Dear Mark and The Late Show,

Thank you very much for working so hard on "Happy Birthday" for my wife Michele in Brownsburg at the Dog House.  You REALLY made her night and 45th Birthday, one she will not soon forget!

She was so down after the wedding of our son that it really picked up her spirits for a couple of days!  We and our friends think you guys are GREAT and plan on being at Kelly's on the 20th of the month.  It's great to see that "Old Musicians never die."  Keep Rocking!  There are a lot of us out here that like "The Music that started it all!"

Love,

Joe and Michele P

Hi Sherman,

I saw your band at Kendall's in November (I believe it was then).  Very good music!  Mark Moran has sat in with us a few times.  He's a great guy and great guitarist.  You are all great musicians!  You're doing all the stuff I want our band to do.  We have put a band together recently; all of us had been in bands since the late 60's.

My son will turn 21 soon and we will be out to see you at Kendall's on Feb 3rd.

Never too old to rock and roll,

Hey Guys,

I've seen you guys play twice, and I was hoping to hear a couple songs this Saturday night. "Taxman" and "And Your Bird Can Sing" are personal favorites...saw those on your list. Another pair that isn't on the list that a few of my friends and I would like to hear eventually is "Two of  Us" and "Roll Over Beethoven". I also think you guys would sound really cool playing "Baby, You're a Rich Man" but I'm not sure how into it the rest of the crowd would be.

Anyway, keep doin' what you're doin' and rockin' like your rockin'.  We'll see you Saturday night.

Peace,

Patrick W
